Margaret Pena Juvelier, a Senior Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty, joined the firm in 1986 shortly after starting her real estate career. A skilled negotiator, and with over 20 years of sales experience, Maggie has sold in excess of $500 million worth of properties. Maggie has been able to create stellar sales, and her performance as a producer has been consistently in the top percentile. She was in the top ten producers in 2007.

Recently, Maggie was featured as one of Manhattan's "big budget brokers" in the wealthiest zip code on the Upper East Side in Gotham magazine.

Specializing in residential sales of townhouses, co-ops and condominiums, Maggie covers a broad range of properties. She is an extremely hard worker, and her dedication and professionalism is evident to all who work with her, either as a seller or buyer.
